What is the return policy?

All return items must have the original packaging and receipt. Some Medical items are not returnable for sanitary reasons. Please ask prior to purchase about the item you are deciding on for details.

My device needs repair, can you fix it? I would like a new one, will my insurer pay for that?

We do repairs on many makes. Insurance and Medicare is not easy to figure out. We specialize in getting you the correct answers with no games. Sometimes we can have your provider pay for the repairs, other times you may actually qualify for a new replacement device. Let us help you figure out what your options are and get you going again.
